E4 Position is out-of-toleration. Numerical value of position deviation counter exceeds its setting value.
E5 The motor is overheated. Motor temperature is too high.
E8 The position deviation counter overflows. \ 9 Encoder fault Encoder signal error
E10 The control power supply is undervoltage. Control power supply ±15V is too low
E11 IPM module fault IPM intellegent module fault
E13 Overload The servo driver and motor are overloaded (instantaneous overheating).
E14 Brake fault. Brake circuit fault
E21 IC2(EPLD core) error IC2(EPLD core ) error
E24 The current collection circuit fault
E31 Encoder pulse in Z direction is lost. Encoder pulse in Z dirction is error.
